Sunday, a new one-woman show, takes you on a Sunday cruise through Janie’s childhood memories. It’s the late ‘70’s and Pablo’s Grove is the place to be, Janie isn’t going to miss the music, the lights, or the fun and neither should you!

A new hip-(h)opera featuring the sounds & true stories of two young Chicano men from the west side of San Antonio. Foxx & Esquivel bond onstage with banging beats & tales of growing beyond their challenging childhoods, bringing the Texas Latino experience to the forefront of hip-hop theatre.

Avant & Shimi depart from their traditional solo work to present a new collaboration about two people living next door to each other, whose secrets and histories collide. This is a tale of forgetting, excavating and evacuation.

June 29, Wednesday at 7 p.m.
We’re taking W-I-P outdoors in June. Meet us in the lobby and then travel around the Blue Star Complex to view three specially-commissioned performance pieces. We will return to the theater for a brief post-show discussion with all the artists.
