Rush Tickets
Rush Tickets are now available for sale at The Sterling Houston Theater! We are talking about a cool and inexpensive way to spend an evening at the theater!
Patrons may purchase up to two Rush Tickets per person, subject to availability, 5 minutes before the show. $5 Rush Tickets may be purchased in person only at the Jump-Start Box Office. Cash only! You must have exact change to purchase your rush tickets. Quick and easy! Just what we all need!
Rush Tickets are one of the many ways Jump-Start is working to help keep us all entertained and educated through the new recession. Times are tough for us all, and it is important to the artists of Jump-Start, to continue making art that is accessible to people of all walks of life. We anticipate that lines for Rush Tickets will form early each night, and a very limited number of Rush Tickets will be available, so arrive early to snag yours!
The Fine Print
Limit two tickets per person per event. You may not purchase tickets for friends. You may only purchase Rush Tickets 5 minutes before the event you are attending. Rush Tickets are subject to availability and seating is at the discretion of the Box Office.
*Rush tickets will not be available for the high ticket fundraisers or Performance Party.

Will rush tickets be avaliable for the Big Bad and Beautiful show? if not can I go a head and buy my tickets now for the show on the 21st? and if so where can i get them at besides at the theater?

20 RUSH tickets will be available for each show of BB&B but the only way to guarantee that you have a ticket is to purchase a regular ticket in advance. I think you should be okay with getting a RUSH ticket on the 21, but I would arrive by 7 p.m. – Dino Foxx
