Aerial Dance on Silk is a two and a half-hour class taught by Teresa Tipping a former Cirque du Soleil performer, modern dancer and gymnast who currently lives in Austin, Texas and performs with Ariel Dance Theater.
Dancing on Silk is an off the ground experience which will challenges and stimulate your physical awareness, enhance your self esteem and grace while building strength and stamina.
Teresa will guide you through a solid basic foundation for learning new aerial movement vocabulary.
