An Evening of Hip Hop Dance Theater
Friday & Saturday, May 23 & 24, 2008
Both performances at 8:00 p.m.

Philadelphia based olive Dance Theatre, with Artistic Direction by Jamie Merwin, will present an evening of works from their repertoire. True to the dance theatre genre, olive Dance Theatre’s original works use the vernacular of breakin’ in a narrative structure to tell us a story, explore an emotion or journey to places both familiar and foreign. Experience the work of this groundbreaking hip hop dance company through both ensemble pieces and spectacular solos.
