Position: Full-time position (40 hours per week) that manages the administration of the organization. Managing Director reports to the Board of Directors.
Salary Range: $35,000-40,000 plus comprehensive health benefits, vacation, sick and annual leave.
Preferred Qualifications: Five years of non-profit theater management, B.A. in related field, bilingual (Spanish/English).

- Personnel Management
- Oversee daily operations
- Direct supervision of administrative staff
- Coordination with Directors Circle (Artistic, Development, Facility and Education)
- Professional development for staff

- Financial management
- Organizational budgeting and budget management
- Management of public funding
- Fundraising Support
- Coordination of individual giving
- Board of Directors communication and coordination
- Strategic planning
- Community relations
- Other duties as necessary
