Follow the Methane Sisters as they try to regain their former rock fame. “We’re not singers, we don’t play instruments, but we’re musicians” describes the general attitude of the punk rock duo from the 1980’s. Their volatile relationship as co-dependent musical stars sends the Sisters into obscurity and oblivion until the music industry sucks them back in almost 20 years later. Part of the Electric Performance Lab (EPL).
Directed by Steve Bailey. Dramaturgy / talent by Paul Bonin-Rodriguez. Live rock music by Paul Mata and Marc Montoya. Video by Sam Lerma and Sam Bayless. Lighting Design by Billy Munoz. Sound Design by Annele and Sam Bayless. Assistant director / stage manager / talent by Daniel Jackson. Set design by most of us.
*Your opinion matters! There will be a facilitated, post-performance discussion about the show on Saturday, January 20th and 27th. Please come and give feedback on one of these nights and see what EPL is all about!
