The Last W-I-P of the Season!

W-I-P is a collaboration between Jump-Start Performance Co. and San Antonio Dance Umbrella. It creates a monthly, supportive, constructive laboratory space for the showing of movement-based work that is either in progress or very new, followed by a facilitated post-performance discussion.
We close out the W-I-P season this month with a Site-Specific event. The audience gathers in the theatre lobby and then travels to the locations that the participating artists have chosen for their pieces. You may see work on the bridge by the river, under an umbrella, out in the parking lot or in the doorway of a building. All pieces will be viewed and then we will return to the theatre for Critical Response. The running time for the event will be about an hour.
W-I-P takes a break in June and July and will resume programming in September. Don’t miss out on the hottest W-I-P of the year!
